Our Team

Opticom's Certified design and installation team includes AV Engineers, Control System Programmers, and Video Conference System Specialists with over 25 years of industry experience. Technical skill, experience, proficiency, and dedication to excellence are essential to Opticom's ability to integrate high-quality new technology. Opticom technicians, at minimum, hold a Connecticut Low Voltage License.

Our team operates using a time-tested set of documented standard operating procedures for all project stages, ensuring a uniform and high quality across all our products.
